2. Scope
These Terms & Conditions apply to your use of this website and purchases made through SuperTrickler USA. Please read them before placing an order.
SuperTrickler USA sells and ships only to customers within the United States. Customers outside the United States should use our international webshop or contact a local dealer.
3. Products and Information
We aim to provide accurate product descriptions, specifications, images, prices, and availability information. Errors may occasionally occur.
If we discover a material error affecting your order, we will contact you to explain the issue and any available options. If we cancel an order because of an error or product unavailability, any payment collected for the canceled items will be refunded.
Product compatibility and operating requirements are described on the relevant product pages and in the documentation. Please review this information before purchasing.
4. Prices and Payment
Prices are displayed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated. Applicable sales tax and shipping charges are displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.
Payment is processed using the payment methods offered at checkout. Orders may be subject to payment verification.
5. Shipping
All orders placed through SuperTrickler USA are shipped from within the United States. Customers receiving orders at U.S. addresses will not incur import duties or customs fees.
Shipping availability may depend on the product and delivery address.
When you place an order, estimated shipping and delivery dates are based on product availability and the shipping option you select. These estimates are not guaranteed arrival dates unless expressly stated otherwise. We will notify you if we become aware of a delay affecting your order.
Please ensure that your shipping address is correct. Contact us promptly if you need to request a change.
If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or appears to be lost, please contact us so we can investigate and assist you.
6. Order Changes and Cancellations
To request a change or cancellation, contact support@anarchyoutdoors.com as soon as possible and include your order number.
We will confirm whether the request can be accommodated. An order that has already shipped may need to be handled through the return process.
7. Returns and Refunds
Most new, unopened items may be returned within 30 days of delivery. Special-order items cannot be returned.
A 20% restocking fee applies to returned items. This fee is reduced to 10% when the returned item is accompanied by a completed Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) form.
Before returning an item, please contact support@anarchyoutdoors.com with your order number and details of the product you wish to return. We will provide return instructions.
If the return results from our error, such as receiving an incorrect or defective item, we will cover the return shipping costs. A completed RMA form is still required.
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of handing your package to the return carrier, although refunds are often completed sooner. This timeframe includes:

Return transit: approximately 5–10 business days.

Processing after receipt: approximately 3–5 business days.

Bank processing: approximately 5–10 business days.
For a product that develops a fault during use, please refer to the applicable Warranty Policy and contact us for assistance.
Nothing in these terms limits any rights or remedies available to you under applicable law.
8. Warranty
The SuperTrickler is covered by a 24-month manufacturer’s limited warranty against defects in materials and workmanship. Please refer to the SuperTrickler Warranty Policy for the full coverage, exclusions, and claim procedure.
Balances and other third-party products are subject to their respective manufacturers’ warranty terms.
For assistance with a warranty claim, contact support@anarchyoutdoors.com and include your order number and a description of the issue.
9. Safe Use
Read and follow the applicable installation instructions, operating manuals, and safety warnings before using any product.
The SuperTrickler is intended for use with compatible smokeless powders.
NEVER USE BLACK POWDER IN THE SUPERTRICKLER.
Always empty powder from the unit after use. Follow the product documentation for cleaning, maintenance, balance setup, and calibration.
Stop using a product if it is damaged, malfunctioning, or otherwise unsafe, and contact support for assistance.
10. Intellectual Property
Content and software made available through this website remain subject to the rights of their respective owners.
Manuals and other materials offered for download may be used for their intended purpose of installing, operating, and maintaining the products. Access to these materials does not transfer ownership of any intellectual property.
11. Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains how personal information is collected, used, and disclosed when you visit this website, contact us, or place an order.
12. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah, subject to any mandatory consumer protections that apply to your purchase.
